  • Student Entry Criteria

Admission JS1 – A student must be 10 years of age September 2015 and have completed Primary 6 and pass the entrance examination.

Admission JS2 – SS2 – (subject to place availability), Pass Entrance Examination, Satisfactory reference from Head of previous school, confirmation of appropriate notice to current school, confirmation of no fees owing / dispute with school.

  • Common Entrance Examination Structure

Students will sit for papers in 3 subject areas:

General Knowledge

N.B: No practice papers are required. Students will be assessed at their current level of attainment against the three areas being tested

  • Results Classification

Following the examination all papers will be marked (2nd checked) and ranked into achievement levels.

  • Place Offer (and what to do)

Applicants who achieve a level above the baseline will be offered a place to study at Atlantic Hall.
Initially the confirmation of place offer will be via the telephone with a confirmation letter sent by courier few days later. When received it is imperative for you to act quickly in order to secure your place. You will have approximately 3 weeks to do so.

Atlantic Hall (1989 – 2014) 25th Anniversary Celebrations!

  • In 2014 Atlantic Hall Education celebrated its 25th anniversary. Parents and friends of Atlantic Hall should monitor the website for further announcements and we hope as many of our current parents, and students, former parents and alumni will join us at the various events to mark this unique occasion.


School Improvements & Refurbishment

Progress has continued throughout the long break between sessions to transform Atlantic Hall to reflect 21st century facilities and complement the outstanding recent progress in teaching, learning and external examination results.

Airport Shuttle Service
The school provides a well-coordinated Airport shuttle services for parents who live in Warri, Port-Harcourt and Abuja at Mid-Term holidays and End of Term holidays

The procedures are:

  • Parents buy the ticket of their child and scan same to the school or pay to the School Account any amount specified by the school as the cost of the ticket for such journey.
  • Parent are in addition to pay Thirty Thousand Naira (N30,000) into the School Account as administration Charge to cover bus transportation for two journeys (To and Fro) and also excess luggage.
  • Parents are also expected to fill the Unaccompanied Minor form and submit such at the airport when their child is returning from holidays.


New Staff welcome

Atlantic Hall is delighted to welcome a number of new academic staff to its senior ranks.

Vice Principal (Academic) – Mr Tunde Olagunju (November, 2014)
Formally Head of Mathematics at Atlantic Hall, Mr Olagunju was the overwhelming choice to succeed Mrs Ibidapo-Obe as the new DoS. Having successfully led and shaped the Mathematics Department to becoming an outstanding academic beacon a successful Director of Studies, Mr Olagunju is now challenged with bringing his leadership and passion to learning across the whole school as Vice Principal.

Director Admissions & Examinations – Mr B W Bello (September, 2013)
Formally Head of Humanities, Mr Bello brings a wealth of experience and understanding of both Nigerian and international (UK) curriculum and examination systems.
Mr Bello has already demonstrated a willingness and desire to bring a fresh approach to leading this crucial school department and build on the excellent work of the former post holder and now Principal of Meadow Hall School, Mrs. Sena Adepoju.



These are payable either in advance (receipt as proof of payment required) or on the day of resumption from school holidays through a ‘Bankers Draft’ only. Parents / Guardians are advised to note that; personal / company cheques are not acceptable.

Please note:
Individual Invoices will be issued to all parents at the end of term.


No student will be permitted to resume unless the Fees due are paid in full. This is a contractual obligation and a condition for attendance. It is also Board Policy.

Parents are kindly requested to take the appropriate action to ensure compliance and avoid embarrassing situations at the start of a new term. Your cooperation herein will be greatly appreciated.


Parent Teachers Association (PTA)

In the last session and throughout the long break between sessions, the PTA has been very active on a number of initiatives and projects.


Newly Refursbished Laboratories

All four science laboratories have been completely refurbished and re-equiped for the start of the new session, 2014-2015. The Science Department now boasts state-of-the-art facilities to deliver these key core subjects. Students have been predictably thrilled with the new facilities.


New Staff Accomodation

A new two-storey staff accomodation block is currently in the process of being constructed and will provide when completed provision for twenty staff members. The new accomodation will be spacious and will be completed towards the end of the current session.
